How to redeem

1. Open Siteward from your AppSumo account. In your AppSumo account, find Siteward under your products and choose to redeem or activate it. AppSumo asks you to allow access, then sends you back to this page with your Siteward licence key at the top.
2. Install the free dashboard. On the WordPress site you want to use as your control panel, install Siteward from WordPress.org. It runs unlimited sites, and Pro adds to it.
3. Install Siteward Pro and paste your key. Download Siteward Pro from the link in the steps under your key, upload it under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin and activate it. Then open Siteward, License and paste your key, which starts with SWAS-.

After that, Pro updates itself like any other plugin, for as long as your licence is active. You can come back here any time by opening Siteward from your AppSumo account again: you will see the same key.

What your tier includes

• Solo: Siteward Pro on 1 dashboard.
• Studio: Siteward Pro on up to 3 dashboards, plus Siteward Reports for white-label client reports and Siteward MCP for AI assistants.
• Fleet: Siteward Pro on up to 10 dashboards, plus Siteward Reports and Siteward MCP.

A dashboard is one WordPress site running Siteward Pro, and each one manages unlimited client sites. If you upgrade or downgrade your plan on AppSumo, your key stays the same and its limits change to match.

To move Pro to a different dashboard, open Siteward, License on the old one and deactivate the licence. That frees the seat for the new one.

Connecting your sites

Each site you manage needs a small companion plugin. Most sites want the free Siteward Child from WordPress.org. If you want to install plugins across your sites from the dashboard, use Siteward Advanced Child on those sites instead. The documentation walks through connecting a site step by step.
